I'm glad that I'm not the only one that caught that act! She went full Kamala Kackle on that! Here's the video for those that want to see it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=un5N690N3MY
Then, she doubled down, stating that OPEC determines what the U.S. can produce? How does that actually happen and why weren't they trying to tell President Trump how much we could produce?
First thing that Brandon did on assuming his role is stop oil & gas production on federal land. That was 20% of our domestic production and the difference of us being a net exporter (then) and a net importer (now).
Granholm thinks that turning that back on a) is just hilarious and b) that OPEC won't let us do it?! What the actual hell? How was Trump doing it? I'm sure that OPEC didn't want us producing so much, but DJT just gave them the finger.
Believe me, I'm not against renewables, but I'm only in favor of getting rid of fossil fuels when we have enough renewable assets to carry the load. In the meantime, it should be an "all of the above" policy.
