It doesn’t require any verification or approval, all you need to do is announce a party, name it, and find a Vice President candidate.
After that, you’re all set.

However, it still is a bit early to start campaigning, as the elections were held a week or so ago. In the mean while, you could use it to research on the other parties, learn about the stream, and build your policies and constitution.

Or you could sit it out, see a whole cycle through, and then start. At the end of the day, it’s up to you.

If someone joins your party, they'll tell you.

No, you will have met the requirements by the time of the next election. So you can be a VP

Not really, but I assume they have to have followed the stream at least 2 weeks prior to the election. (That's the voter ID law period)
