you mean enforcing a rule that states it's punishments in it clearly after warning the people to stop and only taking action if they don't?

Owners enforce rules on users, not other owners so that is a problem right there

Anyway I am just saying why fuss over genders when the que is filling and someone NEEDS to approve them

someone does not n e e d to approve them and there is a lot of people with the ability to approve them
also owners (at least the ones doing their jobs) do enforce rules on other owners when they're broken
