Now that the voting period has ended, it looks like the Libertarian Alliance ticket has won one all three races in this cycle. It was a hard-fought campaign, and while this wasn’t the result I wanted, I accept this result and I have sent a concession memechat to congratulate our new President-elect Spooky_Envoy on his victory. I would also like to congratulate Queenofpuredarkness_Jemy, Spooky_President_PR1CE., and SuGas_the_spooky. on winning their elections. I wish them all the very best of luck as they enter office.
I also want to thank all our voters for their support. Although the Right Unity Party unfortunately failed to win this time around, one thing I am pleased about is that this result proved we’re still far from being a dead party like some users claimed. We still represent a large voting bloc, and the Libertarian Alliance still couldn’t overtake our previous vote count. Every cloud has a silver lining, so let’s not be too disappointed by this result, and instead look forward to the December election. We will have our time in the sun again.
As the 2nd place finishers, myself, Firestar9990, and Pollard shall all automatically be offered Congress seats (hopefully Via_Getty will get one too), so I look forward to working with this new government for the next two months as we finally establish the long-awaited Senate chamber which will further expand this stream's presence on imgflip. I look forward to the inauguration and committing to the peaceful transition of power, and hopefully this next term we’re about to enter will be a good one.
