I agree, but there is a way to speak the truth in charity. And also fraternal correction when one member from your flock is leading others astray. If he came against those who support abortion like he attacks those who want to attend the Latin Mass abortion would probably be outlawed by now.

He's not infallible %100 of the time, only when he's speaking ex cathedra as in declaring dogma, it's rarely used. I'm referring to his hypocricy when he's giving his opinion, he's much kinder to people who live contrary to Catholic teaching then those who live according to what the church teaches.
