just so certain people have no grounds to accuse me of wanting to change stuff because I don't like what the results of the election were; There's going to be a change in voting requirements implemented next election, the only reason I didn't do it for this one was because I thought of it like 4 days ago and it wouldn't have been fair to change it that late just because of the nature of the change
