The cars that get 8-10 miles per gallon are quite firmly a red-state phenomenon while Republicans have fought tooth and nail against every bill that promotes vehicles manufactured to give 50+mpg. But because it's not electric, it doesn't count? Have I tapped into your line of argument, there?
