The kid was found guilty. If you want my outrage about the fact that they were transferred to a different school after the first incident and assaulted someone else, you have it. If you want my outrage that it happened at all, you have that too.
If you want to start a zero tolerance campaign nationwide for all sexual assaults, I'm onboard.
But the linkage between the bathroom policy and the assault is weak, especially since the second sexual assault was at the other school was in a vacant classroom, and had nothing to do with any transgender policies.
