Anyways it says that on my computer that my battery hits 0% *DEAD* but I go to turn it on, it has enough power to turn on the screen and say: "Critical Low Battery" like wtf man

Ironically, most smartphone batteries can become so depleted that the phone does not have the requisite power to charge it's battery. It's a thing. Bing it (Google is so last year).

Well, most modern batteries don't actually run out of battery fully because if they would they would be unrechargable.
