Many people argue that vaccine passports will lower the spread of covid however the problem with their argument is that even you are vaccinated, it doesn't mean you can't get covid, it just means you are less likely get a severe case of covid that's likely to put you in hospital. You can still unknowingly carry the virus and infect others. According to a study from the CDC, 74% of people infected in a covid outbreak in Massachusetts were fully vaccinated: https://www.cnbc.com/2021/07/30/cdc-study-shows-74percent-of-people-infected-in-massachusetts-covid-outbreak-were-fully-vaccinated.html

Another drawback of vaccine passports is that such a system disproportionality affects people in immigrant and ethnic minority communities. Black Lives Matter New York slams Mayor Bill de Blasio's vaccine mandate as "racist and disrespectful": https://www.blackenterprise.com/leader-of-black-lives-matter-new-york-chapter-calls-vaccine-mandates-racist-and-disrespectful/

Here is a compilation of leftists weirdly fetishizing their masks and vaccines in a weird cult-like way and lashing out at people who don't agree with them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U77MA42hrHA

I used to be a leftist and I was sick of high rent and landlords causing people to be homeless and employers not paying their workers a living wage and when I addressed such issues I got hate from right-wing libertarian trolls who would call me all sorts of horrible things such as "communist", "socialist thief", "economically illiterate" and "retarded", these days I sometimes get harassed by leftist trolls who spew hate at me for being sick of the lockdowns even though I address legitimate issues of the lockdowns such as people suffering mental health issues from not being allowed to live their lives at all, domestic abuse that has increased under the lockdowns and deaths from alcohol, drug overdose and even youth suicides under the lockdowns and also people suffering in poverty from losing their jobs to the lockdowns. Both leftist SJW trolls and right-wing libertarian trolls can be just as bad and intolerant as one another, the right hated on me for wanting people to have a happy life and not be screwed into poverty by vulture landlords and bosses that don't treat the working man with basic human dignity, the left hate on me for wanting people to have a happy life and not have their livelihood be taken away by big totalitarian abusive government.

No, it's irrational to blame others for the spread of the virus, a virus spreads and it's beyond our control and it's irrational to play the blame game. I've seen people act very petty, toxic and divisive towards others for being sick of the lockdowns even though those who are sick of the lockdowns bring up legitimate issues and want just want their lives back. Some people point out that there are studies that show no direct correlation to lockdowns and the decline of covid cases but many people like you lash out at them and call them "uncooperative" and don't want to hear them when they actually make a good point and you just call them "selfish anti-science right-wing conspiracy theorist covid deniers" it seems to me that covid restrictions are nothing but a petty excuse to lash out at people and create political division. This is not about "not cooperating" or being "anti-science" this is about pointing out that there is actually scientific evidence that disproves what we knew at the beginning of the pandemic. Texas and Florida lifted all their covid restrictions early in the year and they saw a decline in covid cases compared to lockdown states such as New York and California, if you are refusing to listen to science that debunks what you previously knew then you aren't really "pro-science" you are just blindly listening to political narratives. Also I find it really hypocritical how the same people who lectured us about obeying lockdowns and avoiding mass gatherings seemed to forget about social distancing when it came to Black Lives Matter protests. At the beginning of the pandemic, I was for the lockdowns and social distancing restrictions, not breaking them for Trump rallies, anti-lockdown protests or anything else but when I saw that people broke the lockdowns restrictions to have mass BLM street protests and acted like it wasn't a violation of covid restrictions. I was like "Huh? I thought we were supposed stay at home and not gather in street protests, that pertains to ALL gatherings. Right? but now people are gathering in mass street protests and people are acting like it's ok to do that now? As if it doesn't violate covid restrictions" and when I point this out many leftists would get made at me for pointing out such rampant hypocrisy of their outrage at Trump rallies breaking social distancing vs them not having any issue with BLM protests breaking social distancing.
