Many people argue that vaccine passports will lower the spread of covid however the problem with their argument is that even you are vaccinated, it doesn't mean you can't get covid, it just means you are less likely get a severe case of covid that's likely to put you in hospital. You can still unknowingly carry the virus and infect others. Another drawback of vaccine passports is that such a system disproportionality affects people in immigrant and ethnic minority communities. There are multiple studies that show that there is not direct correlation to the decline of covid cases and lockdowns, as well as studies that show that the lockdowns cause people to suffer from mental health issues, domestic abuse and even deaths from drug overdose and youth suicides, all of those increased under the lockdowns. I might get the vaccine once I run out of COVID antibodies, but the risk of heart issues amongst my demographic makes me think twice.
