Actually, most dietitians say that watching what you eat is more useful than working out for weight loss. Case in point- You would have to run 10 miles in one hour to burn off an average meal from McDonald’s.

Yeah but at least you can turn all you eat into muscles, That way you get fit AND strong!
Although, I'm not too sure myself, Because my meals are ovo-lacto vegetarian
