Just found out that if you just type _ in the search it shows all your followers in one go.

As promised

Go to messages,
Click "NEW", and then type the letter A in the search box,
All your followers beginning with A will show up,
Clear the search box and then type B,
All your followers beginning with B will show up.
Do this from A-Z and 0-9 and maybe the symbols !?/@$#% (If they're used).
