Basically in the game I'm talking about, in 1 ending, the AI entertaining you realizes that they hurt you, and decided to delete themselves after showing you screenshots of their favorite memories with you. In another ending, the AI goes insane because all it wants to do is play with you, before being deleted by another entity. In the third game, the AI gets tired of trying to entertain you and you disobeying them, and decides to play a game entertaining the AI, resulting in them chasing you. In the final ending, the AI learns you've played with a different version of them, and after finding out that they're basically worthless, deletes themself.

And the credits song for the 2nd ending sings about wanting to play with you again, singing about how they're lonely when you leave.
