Eating less is not just unhealthy, it’s ineffective. It might work short term, but you are not physically capable of starving yourself. At a certain point your body takes over and forces you too eat, then you will eat anything and everything. This will cause you to put on MORE weight than you have at the moment. If you really want to loose weight, it’s what you eat not how much.
Sugar, chemicals, gluten, and grains can make you gain weight, avoiding these will help tremendously. If you also avoid fruits it can be easier to avoid other things. However if you do avoid fruits make sure to eat a lot of vegetables
