Yup, IG will act all reasonable when explaining the bill to you but you have to really pay attention to his history to know what he really means to do with it.

Another reason to distrust the Congress vote — the bill wasn’t fully briefed or explained, let alone debated.

And we learned an important lesson.
Everything IG says to Congress is a lie.
