*Susie yeets Ralsei at the crown, full force. Ralsei grabs the crown.*

Lola wakes up when she thuds on the ground- “uuf-!”

Susie: "You okay, Lola?"

Lola: “thanks, susie. I needed to wake up.” She giggles

Susie: "...you're welcome?"

Lola: “ok.”

-they start walking-

*Eventually you reach... that part where Lancer attacks you.*

*Spades start raining from the sky.*

Susie: "What the-"

Lola grabs susie’s hand- “run!”

*Susie decides that dragging Lola will be too slow, so she picks her up and starts running.*

Lola hides her face under her cape to hide her blush

Susie: "...hmm."

*Eventually the duo reaches Castle Town, where Ralsei is just finishing up explaining the Legend to Nova.*

Lola: “uh- hi?”

Nova: "...oh, hey, new girl. And Susie."

Lola: “m-my names lola.”

Nova: "...I'm Nova. And the goat boy is... Ralsei or something."

Susie: "...so where the hell are we? You seem calm so I assume you know."

Lola: “woah-“

Susie: "...is this a giant checkerboard? And are those chess pieces over there? THIS MAKES NO SENSE!"

Lola: “no it does not!”

Susie: "I mean seriously, who came up with this?"

Lola: “well, uh- AAH-!” She suddenly grips her chest

Ralsei: "Lola! Are you okay?!?!?"

Lola: “WHAT- IS- HAPPENING- AAAAAAAH!” She screams at the top of her lungs as a red, glowing, heart shaped object is ripped from her chest

Ralsei: "Your SOUL? What's going on..?"

???: “YES! MINE! ALL MINE!”

Susie: "HEY! PUT THAT BACK!"

???: LET ME THINK ABOUT THAT- NO!” They start trying to shove it into their own chest

*Susie throws Ralsei and he snatches the SOUL as he flies past.*

Lola: “hey- b-be gentle with that-“ -cough- -choke-

*Ralsei gives the SOUL to Susie and she gently shoves it into Lola's chest. She then picks Lola and Ralsei up and dashes off across the Great Board.*

Lola seems fine, but she’s unconscious.

The mysterious person disappears.

Susie: "Phew..."

*Susie pauses, noticing the checker with legs in front of her, right next to the edge of the board.*

It puts on a crown.

Susie: "What is this thing? Why is it here? What does it do?"

Lola: “I’ll take it. Hey, ralsei, you know healing magic, right?”

*Ralsei heals Lola, then heals Lancer for good measure.*

Lola: “thanks.”

Lancer: “i just remembered, uh- I’m late for dinner! Cya, clowns!’

Susie: "...that guy was weird."

Lola: “agreed.”

Susie: "...you okay?"

Lola: “yeah, I’m fine.”

Susie: "...good."

Susie: "We're getting close to that big castle..."

Lola: “it sure looks dark in there. . .

Ralsei: "Probably because of the Dark Fountain."

Lola: “yeah, but- there aren’t any lights.” She shudders

*Susie utilizes one of those magic doors to go to Seam's shop, grab a stick, light it using his lantern, and come back. Now you have Makeshift Torch.*

Lola is greatfull she doesn’t have to endure the dark

Susie: "You're welcome, by the way."

lola: “lets keep going!”

*The party continues like this for a while until Lancer shows up.*

A kid on a motorcycle which is actually just a bike with flames coming out of it drives up-
Lancer: “what’s up, clowns?”

Susie: "Who the hell are you, asshole?"

Lancer: “I’m the BAD GUY!”

Susie: "Well then..."

*Susie grins evilly and uses Rude Buster.*

Lancer: “OW-“

Lola: “ha! KARMA!”

Susie: "DON'T hurt my friend, teardrop head."

Lola: -gasp- “I’m your friend?” :D

Susie: "Sort of."

Lola: “oh, right! Thank you.” She kisses her on the cheek

She quickly hides her face under her cape, regretting that

*Susie lightly punches Lola's shoulder.*

Susie: "...ask first next time."

“H-heh- sorry.”

*Susie is silent. This time she leads the party, right into the darkness of Card Castle.*

Lancer is argueing with his dad

(I am going to be King because he's fun.)

King: "Lancer, my son... the Lightners still live. You have failed me."

Lancer: “but maybe we don’t have to kill them!”

King: "...they have poisoned you with their sentimentality. They care NOT for you, Lancer. They only seek to destroy our glorious Fountain."

They walk into the field of dreams

Susie: "This place looks weird."

Lola: “yeah, but the music bops!”

*Susie shrugs.*

Ralsei: "Let's get going, or we might get ambushed..."

-they keep walking-

Susie: "...even if we get ambushed by someone we could probably beat them up."

Ralsei: "We don't need to beat people up! We can be nice and pacify them!"

Lola would rather be nice, but she was also very loyal to her dragon lady’s command.

*You are, as expected, ambushed by Rudinns.*

Ralsei: "We just have to talk to them, and convince them we won't hurt them!"

Susie: "Why don't we just BEAT THE HELL OUT OF THEM?!?!?"

Ralsei: "...because that's rude?"

Star: "Ugh, that was a boring lesson..."

Lola stands by her locket

*Star walks over to Lola.*

Star: "Heya."

Lola: “hi! Whats up?”

*Star glances skyward.*

Star: "I believe the ceiling is."

She giggles- “haha-“ her laugh is musical and sweet

*Star smiles.*

Star: "I like your laugh."

Lola: “thanks.” She keeps absentmindedly looking over at Susie

Star: "...why do you keep looking at Susie..?"

Ralsei: “uuuuh- ok.”

Susie: "Anyhow, let's get down to business and... seal that fountain or whatever."

Lola: “yeah!”

Susie: "...how do we do that, exactly?"

Lola approaches the fountain- she takes a deep breath and holds out her soul

*It was if your very SOUL was glowing...*

*insert dramatic cutscene*

*Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnd we're in the abandoned classroom.*

Lola rips her forehead- “what happened-?”

Susie: "...was it all a dream? But how did we get in here?"

Lola: “uh- ok!” She does

Starfall: "...the name's Starfall, but call me Star."

Lola: “sure thing!” She sits at the desk beside her- and also, infront of susie

Susie: "...hmph."

*Star nervously glances at Susie.*

Lola notices the person sitting behind her- she doesn’t seem scared at all, and offers a sweet smile

*Susie snarls. Star whimpers.*

Lola is still happy, but tries to comfort Star

Star: "...she's always been really harsh to me, harsher than she is to anyone else, and I never really understood why..."

Lola: “it’s ok, I’m sure she’ll come around.”

Star: "Right..."

Lola nods in agreement

Nova: "This is a Dark World, basically a hidden pocket dimension. There's another Dark World nearby that was created by some 'Roaring Knight' who wants to drown the world in shadows, and we need to go to that Dark World and seal the Dark Fountain so we can stop that from happening."

Lola: “. . .oh.”

Nova: "...I've been to one of these before, but didn't really understand it. Ralsei here cleared up the details. Thanks for that, by the way."

(Nova and Starfall are fine in the other ones, but in this i think it’s just irritating)

(well then we can easily remove Nova from this story by having Ralsei suggest he stay here to 'guard' Castle Town)

Ralsei: "Actually, um, Nova... I think you should stay here. We need somebody strong like you to protect Castle Town."

Lola looks concerned- she was even later than Susie.

*Star slumps down, looking very tired.*

Lola passes her a note- ‘you ok? :(‘

*Star scribbles something on the note and passes it back - 'Yeah, I just had a really weird night'*

‘Oh, i see. Anything i can do to Cheer you up?’

'I don't think so... I'm not sad so much as freaked out and confused.'

‘Oh.’

'I don't think you'd believe me if I explained what happened last night.'

‘I’ve seen some crazy stuff’

'I'll tell you about it after class.'

Lola blushes- “no reason.”

Star: "...ooh, I think I know what it is-"

Lola: “wh-what-?”

Star: "You like her, don't you..?"

Lola: “maybe- but don’t tell her-!”

Star: "I won't."

Lola: “thanks. Cya tomorrow!” She heads off

Star: "Seeya!"

-the next day at school-

*Star shows up extremely late and her brother doesn't show up at all.*

Lola: “they ARE monsters, Ralsei.”

Ralsei: "...By that standard I'm a monster too, and I'm on your side!"

Lola: “no, you are a wonderful, huggable, fluffy goat boy. This is a weird scaly thing.”

Ralsei: "But-"

*Susie slashes the Rudinn.*

Lola: [ACT]
*Lola hugs Ralsei*
“It’s ok.”

Ralsei: "O-okay..."

*Susie keeps slashing the Rudinns. Ralsei looks away.*

Lola: “see? The enemies are tired, and you can pacify them now.”

Ralsei: "Okay..."

*Ralsei quickly pacifies the enemies before Susie can slash them again.*

Lola: “yay!”

Ralsei: "...I guess this strategy works?"

Lola goes home

*Nova and Star's home can be seen nearby. Star is seen hurrying inside.*

“Huh. . .” She walks into her house.

“Hey mom, do we have any ribbon?”

Toriel: "Have you checked the drawer?"

Lola: “no, but i will- thanks!” She checks the drawer- a little bit of red ribbon is left. Just enough to tie around the box.

Toriel: "You're welcome, child."

Lola ties the ribbon in a butterfly bow around the box of chalk and looks at her work, smiling- “perfect.”

Toriel: "Why did you need ribbon?"

Lola: “so i could tie it around a gift for a very special friend.”

Toriel: "Oh, how nice."

(She’s basically in place of Kris, so her mom would be Toriel

“I-I’m sorry-“ -sob- “i-i can’t help it.”

Susie: "Whatever, it doesn-"

*The floor proceeds to give out.*

“AAAAAAAAAAH-!”

*Susie grabs Lola's hand as they fall just to see if it makes her stop screaming and crying.*

She does go quiet- right after she uses this to pull herself close to susie

*Susie raises an eyebrow.*

*Meanwhile, Nova and Star are standing outside the closet and arguing about the Dark World.*

She puts her head under her chin- her lip quivers, but she seems to be a lot calmer

Susie: "...umm."

*Star proceeds to walk off whilst Nova trips and falls into the closet, and thus into the Dark World. As he's way off course he lands somewhere completely different: right smack-dab in the middle of Castle Town.*

Susie and lola land in some weird rocky place

*Due to their positioning Lola ends up landing on top of Susie.*

Lola quickly gets off, ashamed. “I-I’m sorry. That was uncalled for, i probably made you uncomfortable.”

Susie: "...whatever."

“. . .” She says nothing, but looks around

Susie: "...where the hell are we?"

Lola: “I don’t know- it reminds me of my dreams. . .”

Susie: "...what happens in your dreams?"

Lola: “there’s a big purple void, and sometimes some guy talks but i never remember what he says, and sometimes someone chokes me, and then i wake up with marks on my neck right before i die. But usually I’m just alone in the void.”
