My law didn't go against the site TOS. There's nothing in the TOS saying we can't enforce this rule. The site actually allows streams to make their own rules while at minimum upholding the TOS, and this NSFW law still upholds the TOS.

And your claim is also wrong because I don't think either of those cases are TOS violations because streams censoring people is not discrimination.
