Just because the mods do nothing about it, that doesn't make it okay. You do realize that, right?
For example, reposts aren't allowed on the fun stream. Sometimes I will flag a blatant repost (with very clear evidence of it being a repost) and mods won't delete it. That doesn't mean it isn't a repost, and it certainly doesn't just make it fine.

So this whole idea of "eh the mods never enforce it so it's okay" is nonsense.
