my brother got triggered over a sofa, apparently he thought he should have it all to himself and that by sitting on it, i was telling him to get off bc he didn't want me to see what he was doing on his computer bc i don't want him seeing all these stories i type on mine
so a war broke out and all my parent-free time got wasted and weren't productive at all
then my grandma tried to get involved but she's forgetful so i had to explain this issue 500 times bc she always sides with the baby by default, meanwhile my brother thinks i should listen to the exact same argument over and over
eventually i got so tired of it that i just started playing music on earphones and just ignoring everyone, and then i got called a one year old jerk for it
and this is essentially why i don't like it when my parents go on dates...
