He was Abusing Mod by deleting comments and Banning a user when all he could have done was just block them and not have to abuse his Owner powers.

When it comes to disapproving, if it breaks a stream rule, then its not fit to be approved, no biases, no ands ifs or buts about it

Ngl, I think only those that are trustworthy should be mod and not just randomly picked people. Then again, what kinda criteria would you use to determine someone is trustworthy ENOUGH to be a mod or owner?
