Yes they would. That’s obviously not going to happen this current term due to King Georgie not caring about the will of the people, but that’s the plan once we win the election.

The Senate’s main purpose is to vote on foreign (out of stream) affairs HOWEVER, 4 senators are nominated to Congress by the Head of Senate.

Still doesn't change anything. Lots of people disagree with what irl Congress does but that doesn't stop them passing anything. It's unfortunate, yes, but that's how the system operates.
