for goodness sake please don't talk about ties with IG, he'll bore a hole right through your brain with his mindless babble and ascended version of math that us mortals are too mortal to have received from divine revelation

Some say math is racist. if we can flip math to being homosexual, ig will never use or reference it again
I would approve of a plan to expand Congress and create more seats. However, I would recommend a number that's divisible by 5 like 20 or 25 to make it easier to do the math when figuring out proportional representation, since 20 and 25 can divide the total 100% of votes evenly.

Yes but I don't want to get stuck with a decimal number in case of 2/3 votes

That shouldn't be an issue. The US Senate has a similar 2/3 majority rule to overturn vetoes and they have 100 members, which can't be evenly divided by 3. As long as you can get 14 votes in a 20 member Congress or 17 votes in a 25 member Congress, you have your 2/3 majority.

I don't think we have enough members to fill a Congress that large.
