i don't get it

I don't blame you. This meme was based off of me and my Dad- from a personal memory. Sometimes, when it was snowing and he was picking me up from Wednesday church group, he would do donuts in the parking lot. He found it fun, but my mom was not very supportive of it. So, sometimes I'd tease him by hinting at telling her about it- especially in response to him teasing me about something.

but what does it mean by doing donuts

ohhh, lol. That is the motion of turning and maneuvering the car in such a way the car goes around in a tight circle repeatedly.

Nah. Donuts are amazing though.
