Stream owners get to choose who they send, within reason.
Example: if the Anime_Girls_Army decided to send a senator it would be decided by the owners based on who's in the president's stream.
So our senator would be League_of_Jay since the other owners already have a bunch of jobs on here.

Both have well over 50 users. But we would probably not send anyone. We'd just send an owner or mod from the Anime stream since that has 500 followers.

Given I proposed this Senate idea with detail (the original had no detail), I guess it would be down to voting but the current Senate member can go for that place again or even place in a replacement himself. It's recommended to follow a democracy though.
