Not so long ago, there was a girl. She didn't have many friends and her parents didn't listen to her much. She had no one to share her thoughts with.
Until, she found Imgflip. She had only wanted to make memes to impress her classmates. And the website title promised to be the fastest meme generator in the world. She created an account, and started exploring. But she found out that Imgflip was not just a meme generator, it was a place where everyone could share their ideas, a place where everyone was free to be whoever and do whatever they want. She made friends, a few enemies, a few simps, a bunch of streams, a true love. She took part in meme wars and challenges and communities that she would never find anywhere else. She was free at last.
I look back at everything I've done on Imgflip, being part of anime army, porn police, crusaders. Everything I've done here, all the communities I've joined, all the wars I've fought, all of these I've done to keep Imgflip a place where everyone is free. Free from their worries, free to just scroll through memes and have some fun.
We, Sloth and I, cannot promise you a perfect IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS, but a better IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS. I know, many people have promised this before, and as President, it is basically our job. But that's the point. Our job is to turn this promise into reality, and we promise you that we will not disappoint. I cannot promise you to be the best Vice President on IP, but I can promise you that I will give it my all.
