-Leadership choosing

He who is leader has control for future leadership and current leadership. The choice is left to the leader to choose leaders that have several qualities that prove them capable to lead PornPolice. If he who is leader does not choose a future leader, members will vote for the new leader. Majority wins the election. Elections should be rare as the leader should be responsible to choose the future leader.

If the PornPolice officers decide the leader is unfit to lead, the PornPolice may vote on impeachment. Majority wins.

-Government

The government will have several ranks. There will not be a split between Government and Military since government doesn’t have many other responsibilities other than maintaining raids.

There will only be three ranks in government:

Leader: Has absolute power over the stream and the creation of streams, government decisions, future or current leaders, and power to cancel raids.

General: Has the same amount of power as the leader except that decisions in government, leadership choices, and creation of streams must be discussed with the leader, who can decline the suggestion. The general has absolute power over raids, but if the leader orders a stopping of the raid, he must comply.

Hearer of the People: the Hearer of the People notifies the leader and general of what the PornPolice officers would like changed, added, or taken away. He has the power to schedule and oversee votes over decisions in leadership (impeachment and election).

-Rights of the PornPolice officers

The Right of A Free Tongue: a PornPolice officer has the right to criticize the government. A PornPolice officer has the right to insult or compliment a PornPolice government official. A PornPolice officer cannot be banned over merely criticizing a government official or protesting a policy.

The Right of a Heard Voice: every PornPolice officer has the right to vote in an election, impeachment, etc, no matter what ethnicity, sex, gender, or age. However, you must be an active member, be following the stream, have one week experience of being a PornPolice officer, and cannot be banished or exiled.

-Laws

1. You cannot be a member if you are following more than 3 porn streams, unless you have an explanation.

Penalty: Unable to join.

2. You may not harass another member. Criticism of a government officials or someone else’s unsavory actions is fine, but constant harassment is inexcusable and is a bannable offense.

Penalty: Temporary ban or permanent ban depending on severity.

3. You may not commit any actions that harm the PornPolice. Depending on severity, you could be permanently banned for this offense.

Penalty: Dependent on severity.

4. Misinformation causes chaos, and is therefore illegal in PornPolice.

Penalty: Temporary comment ban.

5. Disobeying an official’s orders is treason. If the order violates the PornPolice constitution, then you may walk free. If it doesn’t, then that is treason.

Penalty: Dependent of severity

6. Lying to officials is a severe offense, and will not be tolerated.

Penalty: Dependent on severity.

7. Any real-life illicit activity will not be tolerated. You will be instantly banned forever and depending on how severe it is, we will call authorities.

Penalty: Permanent ban and if severe enough, a call to the authorities.

More laws will be added over time, and the leaders are allowed to revise the constitution.

Whoever is leader in this government can choose other people that are able to be leader. If a leader doesn't pick someone, the people will. This Government has a military rank hierarchy. Ranks are:
-Leader
-General (Co-leader)
-Hearer of the people
-PPolice officers

It is illegal to follow 3 porn streams and be a PPolice officer, without reason. Harassment is illegal. Treason is illegal. Misinformation is illegal. Perjury is illegal. Self harm to yourself irl (Doing drugs, self harm) is illegal and we may call the authorities on you.

PornPolice officers aren’t government officials, they are the governed
