It isn't a universal mandate. If your employer requires it, switch jobs.

The rules are going before OSHA in the coming weeks. Afterward, if implemented by unelected autocrats, changing jobs won't help. Another lie from Biden.

"On Sept. 9, 2021, President Joe Biden announced a plan directing the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to issue an emergency temporary standard (ETS) requiring all private employers with 100 or more workers to mandate COVID-19 vaccination or a weekly test for all employees."

So, you can change jobs to a company that allows weekly testing in lieu of vaccination or to one with less than 100 employees.

The point missed is the illegality of this. They know it's illegal, hence, why his chief of staff, bragged about it being a "workaround" the law. Think of it as an ever-tightening noose. It started with government employees and will gradually increase until it covers everyone, no matter who it hurts. If it was legal, there'd by no need to implement it on an incremental basis like it is. This week big business, next week smaller, week after any business, etc,

I'm sure we could find legal opinions on both sides as far as whether this falls under OSHA, but the law that gives OSHA authority is the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. So it is the law.

There is no provision that would allow a more general mandate, and that is what they are working around. For it to be illegal, it would actually have to be in the law that the government can't enforce a vaccine, which it isn't. If Biden were to issue a general mandate with no law to base that on, that would be illegal. That doesn't appear to be the case here.

Yes, it should be a choice

No job should force it because an imgflip user posted a photo of the CDC database on deaths from the vaccine.

I'm starting to think maybe the vaccine is more deadly than the virus itself. Apparently, it is very dangerous to those under 18 and can cause heart inflammation (forgot what the ailment is called), which should not happen at a time when literally everyone is trying to get vaccinated due to the covid scare

The CDC required all adverse reactions and deaths to be reported during the Emergency Authorization phase, with no discretion from the Doctor on whether it was the cause. So, if you got the vaccine and were struck by lightning, the doctor would be obligated to report your death.

Even so, with the number of deaths reported and the number of vaccines given, the death rate is far far less than COVID or even the regular flu.
