Estonian and Hungarian just have one gender-neutral pronoun, but neither is super LGBT friendly.

In Japan, the only main pronouns that are gendered are boku (male), ore (male) and atashi (female), which are gendered terms for the English word I or me, the he/she variants aren’t gendered
Non-binary people would love it in the Philippines; Because there are no specific Tagalog pronouns for different genders. “Siya” can either be “he/she” in Filipino. Titibo Tibo - Moira Dela Torre
