I daresay the N.E.R.D.-led impeachment we just witnessed was the most organized and detailed trial of its kind we’ve ever seen. I offer it as an example for how impeachments should ideally work going forward.
No fly-by-night justice will happen under N.E.R.D. — Defendants will have ample opportunity to prepare their defense and be heard at every stage.
