Ok so I have a question
All that some users said was "Danish piss" as a joke because they wanted something for a giveaway without knowing it was targeting another user or harassment. How do they still get comment banned?

The content of their comments was derogatory in nature. Given the long history of harassment of the user in question I am disinclined to believe that those users were unaware of the meaning of their comments, nor that the user who posted the initial meme could be surprised by this outcome.
