$15/hour is a start. In The Netherlands there's talk about raising the minimum wage to €14/hour. I was a counsel member (next to a regular job) to help my fellow men - amongst other things - to get fair pay and I asked my boss for a raise for me and my colleagues, in two different jobs over the years.
