Envoy made that a month or so ago, and recently when it got brought up, he said he would want to get rid of it, and since it was a rule made by an owner, not congress, I did get rid of it.

If a good majority of people want the rule, or something similar, to be enacted, I'm quite happy to do that, but as it is, I'm going with the TOS policies on stuff like that

“Overly sexual” is vague, can be used to discriminate, but it also stands to reason no one wants to see this stream become the “boobs” stream, or JeffreyStone’s latest personal stream, for instance. It’s clear PRESIDENTS has never been in any danger of becoming that.

That said: it’s worth noting that depictions of affectionate kissing such as in Disney films aren’t “sexual” at all. At least, that’s not what the film raters who issued G- and PG-ratings to these movies thought.

Could the government decide differently if it wanted to, and followed the proper lawmaking procedures? Perhaps.

But we’d be in a strange place indeed if this stream permits discussion, and promotion of, advanced/controversial political topics (including homophobia), but freaks out at the first sight of clips from wholesome movies that everyone has been showing their 5-year-olds for decades.

I made it because CG was posting images with Wubbzy's cartoon character imitating....well, p*rn. I got in a discussion with him that it was NSFW, couldn't convince him, so I said fine and implemented that.
