God has never murdered anyone. Just killing is not the same thing, and God gets to decide what qualifies and what does not. Given that He is perfect in all of His attributes, this places His decision making beyond the reach of a reprobate like yourself.

I don't think we will get to see each person before God on Judgment Day, but maybe God will grant some of us the desire to watch you try and defend your positions when you stand before perfect Righteousness. As it turns out, you will have nothing to say . . .

The verse is already interpreted, but if you mean, "how do you apply that verse/how do you understand that verse?", I would say this- you will either perish under the Law, or apart from the Law, unless you are saved by grace. At that point you are freed from needing to keep the Law as a requirement for entrance into Heaven and eternal life.
