I was the prosecutor in this case, so I ought to recuse myself from voting.

…however, since AUP brilliantly opined that a sitting Vice-President has the right to cast a tie-breaking vote in his own impeachment trial, if my vote is needed for tie-breaking purposes, I vote AYE. :)
