Less than 3% of all abortions are because of rape/incest. Less than 1% are for medical reasons. The other 97% is elective.
So yeah, maybe they should take responsibility.

Don't get me wrong though, if a woman wants one, it's her choice. I just don't want my taxes to pay for it

Yes, yes I do. If I can't afford to take care of my children, I get help,, I don't take a gun to them..
There's plenty of services out there to help with paying for things for the child, there's also a thing called "safe surrender".

But the conservatives want to defund all of that, and cry “bootstraps” and “personal responsibility” even more
