Just use whatever pronouns you’re comfortable with! They don’t always correspond to gender. In terms of your gender, have you considered genderfae or girlflux? Both typically use she/they pronouns.

That same thing has happened to me. " Im comfortable with he/him pronouns, but the term demi boy (or really anything with boy) makes me uncomfortable- i've been told you can identify as nonbinary and still use any pronouns, or you could be bigender

People can be non-binary and prefer something over they/them. It’s not weird. I’ve considered calling myself non-binary a few times (I’m a demigirl).
