I want at least 5 seats for the pepe party. I'm bringing some pepe aficionados over from the heavy metal stream. They've never posted here, but apparently that's ok!

I've already said: my picks will be top stream users based on position in the election. In other words: my appointments would be based on votes in the general election (unless the guys weren't active stream users.)

Not bad but already have that policy in a slightly different form. Basically, a party is only allowed a max of 3 members in Congress and Congress to be expanded to 20 members: 1 being the runner up in the head of Senate and 4 selected Senate members by the Head of Senate.

But I think if congress is evened out and then winner gets the two extra seats or if a new party comes before the election then they get those seats (as long as they have more than 1 member)
