Mmm, I knew that problem was bad, didn’t know it was quite that bad.

I’m feeling a new Constitutional provision of “at least 10 featured memes” or something along those lines as a minimum requirement for Congress. Our Parliament proposal (Parties that win 5% or more get to seat their *own* Congressmen) should also pretty much solve the ruling-party-patronage problem.
