well it will be more Chaos- like in a way this is controlled chaos- but if we give nearly everyone Mod then basically everybody can Ban whoever they want delete images and comments they disagree with, and just OML msmg would be fine if we just removed 50% of the mods, and gave 25% of owners Mod powers.
