Yeah. According to LGBTA wiki, it’s called birchian when it happens. I used the fem-spike flag because it represents an intense ‘spike’ in my femininity.

Hm, honestly.
It's crazy to admit this but I wish my voice just sounded neutral. Instead of somewhat masculine for my biological gender.
