If you said it, you not only have an opinion but expressed it. The fact others disagreed and voiced their opinion did not change that as a fact. You want people to not express their opinion?
Speaking against your opinion isn’t not letting you have an opinion. If you believe everyone must agree because you say it then you are a certain kind of special.
