It infers that thinking a black man is a Democrat, although statistically likely, is not logical and therefore racist. Likewise, to think that an unknown black man is a Republican, which is statistically unlikely, would be more logical, which it is not.

I can agree with that. The extreme edges of both parties have the same problem.

With racism? No. Cognitive dissonance? Yes. Though, I imagine we view what's extreme left wing differently. I, for instance, would be (-4,-3) on the political graph. When right wing calls me extremist, that tells me for them to consider me the extreme left, they view themselves as moderate. They think I'm (-10 , y). Meaning they are 7 >= x >= 4 if that's true, then the reality is, they're the extremists. Where x is actually 11 >= x >= 8

Extremists tend to believe that everyone else is an extremist, even if they aren’t. It’s all about how far apart they are. I remember the Tea Party wackos telling about how moderate Democrats are extremists, which isn’t true.
