You can choose not to follow them. I've been doing this for some time now and Firestar still calls me a blyat (Russian for b*tch). But that's okay, I'm good with that. Girls even call themselves a b*tch sometimes so it's fine.
1. Don't be mean to them for no reason
If they just post a meme about anti-anime, then don't attack it. Leave it alone. Ignore it. But why? Because if we do so, that would actually make us hypocrites. People are allowed to have an opinion. Then let them have their opinion. But if they attack YOU for no reason, then don't do nothing about it. Even thank them for attacking you. Why? Because fighting fire with fire is only okay in Fire Force but not in real life.
2. Studio Ghibli
Studio Ghibli is anime but it's impossible that an anti-weeb would hate it with an actual reason. Why? Because there's no waifus, no hentai, no violence, and it shows the culture of Japan. And the fandom has to be one of the least toxic fandoms in the entire anime franchise. Some of them say that a guy killed his family over anime, but why would someone kill his entire family over such an innocent movie?
3. Try to find things that make you similar
Anti-weebs hate hentai, so if you hate hentai too, then it's a good way to get along.
This is basically all I know.
