Which ones? I've never had an issue with diagnostic tests (unless I had false negatives) but from what I've heard rapid testing is pretty meh

None of the tests are accurate except the DNA/RNA test that takes months.

I have no idea what the rate is for false positives/negatives but I haven't had any false positives and when I was symptomatic I popped positive on a "diagnostic test" (nose swap that goes to a lab) but maybe I'm just lucky.
