IG’s impeachment has brought LGBTQ issues to the forefront and has shone a light on things RUP would rather not talk about. While “political turmoil” may be a stretch as it seems most of RUP is lining up behind IG, smart RUP members realize this is a major public relations issue. The RUP primaries will feature three heavyweights in Wubbzy, Pr1ce, and IG duking it out over the future direction of the Party in a way we haven’t seen before. Depending on how it shakes out, Wubbzy could pull a Teddy Roosevelt, take his tub and run independent. October’s election may be the biggest test RUP has faced yet.
