Good idea.
So, we can start the trial at any time after all the evidence is gathered.
If no one else wants to step forward as a voluntary witness, then RUP’s subpoena is the only chunk of evidence left.
Their subpoena deadline now is Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m. CST.
Rather than holding one fixed date and time for these judicial things, I’m finding it’s working better to set a time window. Since our community is spread out all over the world and not everyone logs in every single day. This will be especially true when trying to get 15 Congressmembers in the same place at the same time. Frankly I don’t expect that will ever happen. They can filter in and out and watch the arguments and peruse the evidence at their leisure.
So if RUP answers the subpoena on schedule, then we could have the formal trial take place over a 48-hour window, starting Sunday morning 9:00 a.m. CST and ending Tuesday morning 9:00 a.m. CST.
If that’s agreeable to RUP, then that’s what we can plan on.
