It’s sloth’s fault the bank closed in the first place.

That guy just can’t understand that the bank can still run if not recognised by the government.

Can: but, why? Why, when it lacks Congressional approval and will get me labeled an unelected tyrant and is a pain in the ass and etc. etc.

The idea of a Bank is overwhelmingly popular according to polls: So if you want, make a new one!

But this Congress has blown it with me as far as I’m concerned. Governments oughta govern. When they can’t pass popular bills because XYZ stupid political reason, bad things happen.

Just consider this a debt-limit default or “government shutdown.” :)
