Sinai specifically targets Corrupt heroes who use their powers for money or influence. He has a kill count of 14 and carries the swords of the two strongest heroes he faced. He has a permanently traumatized and broken look in his eyes from being beaten to the point of insanity by a Sadistic hero who was involved in illegal slave trade.
