I don't think it's unfair to ask RUP to do an investigation into IG. when a member is met with allegations, they owe it to the stream to at least review it.

Right, they need to do that anyway in order to properly defend him. The time is coming where they’re gonna have to do more than just vote “No” in a strawpoll or loudly proclaim “I SUPPORT IG!!”

Or… like I suggested. they can dump this whole subpoena in IG’s lap. Any RUP person who doesn’t wanna defend him doesn’t have to. :)

He’s not harsh. Instead of complaining, let’s try and get something done

My subpoena is directed at RUP generally, but RUP can designate a point person who will be responsible for the document collection.

If RUP wants to tell me that IG is solely responsible for all this screenshotting and cleaning up the mess he’s made, that’s fine by me. Then any obstruction of justice charges, if necessary, would fall on IG alone. :)
